Whatever chicken pieces you want. Boil 20-30 minutes in the sauce below:
1 c. water
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. vinegar
1 T. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Couple of crushed garlic cloves, chopped up onion
Mix up enough sauce to cover the chicken entirely.
(I like to add a few sliced pineapples to the mix to give it an extra kick!)
Eat over rice.
