Dear Lizzy, I hope you don’t mind but I found your past blog through a search for Palm Haven Children’s Home, and it led me here. We were matched w/ our son Jabez(Javas) in february and after finding the youtube video from The Nehemiah Teams of Palm Haven nanny team, I believe you were the photographer with the team of lovely girls who gave so much love to my son. I saw your flicker photos of Palm Haven and we just cried over all the sweet pics of our son, what a treasure. The PI govt will not allow the orphanage to send us anything until the adoption takes place. We have been given one pic. We hope to travel to get him this month! Would you please consider sharing with me any of your experiences at palm haven or send my info to the gals that went with you too? I would LOVE any amount of information about Jabez and his life. Could I possibly get copies of the High res images of him if you don’t mind. Please contact me , visit our blog and see his family too:) CO state law does not allow us to post any pics on our blog of him but we sure talk about him alot!
